Who has been a fictional president of the United States at any point in DC history? And when?
The only 2 I can think of are:
Lex Luthor - 2001-2003
Pete Ross - 2004 (not sure when he left)
I don't remember the name, but there was evil robot president in the first Uncle Sam and Freedom Fighters series that was launched after Infinite Crisis.
There was a miniseries in 2008, DCU: Decisions , dealing with superheroes supporting candidates from different parties and how it affected the elections. I think everything started when Green Arrow allied himself with one of the candidates.
Superman was the only one who didn't reveal for who he voted.
Anyway, the winner was Martin Suarez, who was succeded by Obama.
