Yeah SHG was a great idea! Too bad DC/WB has abandoned it! Gave some good exposure to Bumblebee, Jessica Cruz, Zatanna, and Hawkgirl.
I’m surprised Black Canary and Vixen were a path of it though.

I'm convinced its failure lies on the fault of Cartoon Network treating it like absolute crap and making sure to can it as soon as possible.
To them the only DC show that should exist is Teen Titans Go.

And poor, poor Justice League Action...
No one at DC comes to mind as an obvious choice outside of those three. Scott Snyder was supposed to write JSA at one point with Hitch, but he’s got his new line to oversee. I can’t see a “big” name wanting to be left with the task of cleaning up Johns plot threads.
Do we know for sure that it is actually happening and it is not something that Johns threw out randomly to make it look like his last DC work matters and won't be ignored?

Remember this insanity of Cartoon Network airing Teen Titans Go full week non-stop for the Christmas and New Year's week?

Yeah it's really aired on bad time at 7AM morning (or even earlier in some times)

They had my attention at "ominously horny half-naked cowboys with automatic assault weapons".

Don't know why they didn't bring this title back sooner. Especially with the success of the Poison Ivy book.
You'd think they could carry an ongoing considering they all have strong solos. But I'm not touching any DC work from Williams after the way she treated PG's character.

They've lost me then. That makes it sound like more goofiness where the other two are being dragged into Harley's "world" rather than being a straight-forward DC book.

Could have just done this from the start over sticking Harley in Birds of Prey and kicking characters like Babs out.
You do know Birds has corrected that mistake right? Harley's gone, and Babs is back.

I think thats more due to Leah William's general writing.
Looking at her past work like X-Factor and X-Terminators she's a very fun and goofy writer, and horny in the latter's case.
DC Super Hero Girls seemed like a successful brand that DC/WB have just given up on.
That falls on WHO you have in the room making the choices of what to do.
No way on Earth should DSG be gone.
That was your weapon including Batwheels and Justice Action and even Justice League to introduce kids to your characters and include as many as you wanted.
It will benefit you in the long run.
I will still run into people who see my Static Shock symbol shirt and know who it is and that show has been gone for 20 years. You have to think long game with some of this stuff.

That's why I love her writing :p
