These are the thoughts of Amanda Waller, a woman who doesn't know if she is going to survive this ordeal. That's when she hears the explosion.
Outside of the warehouse where Waller is being kept, Josiah Power, Andrew Bennett, Manhunter, and Gangbuster wait with members of DC's SWAT team. With everyone in place, they storm the warehouse with orders to take prisoners if possible and to save Waller and Eiling.
At the U.N, the member nation representatives watch in horror as Angola, Nigeria, Iran, Iraq, Libya, and Saudi Arabia all experience VX gas attacks. While horrific individually, collectively, these countries represent half of the OPEC countries. If oil production slows down or is stopped completely, the world will be in chaos. And that's the goal.

But sister, you don't understand. In my dream I saw the footprints of children who had played in the surf! I still hear their voices and the ocean in my head! Crisis of Conscience Conclusion: Batman
The news about Adrienne stuns Tim. Adrienne is Carmine's granddaughter. But that information only raises more questions. Does she know who she is and who else knows? Clearly the Mendoza cartel knows, but how? There are more questions than ever.
At Jason’s hideout, Helena and Jason interrogate their would be attacker. They find out that the Mendoza cartel is hell-bent on gaining traction in Gotham and will stop at nothing to do so. He states more cartel members are on their way and that Gotham will be a warzone before too long. When asked about Anarky, the thug clams up, even after taking a beating from both Jason and Helena. Tim runs DNA analysis on Anarky’s blood at the scene of their altercation, but no results are returned. Who is Anarky, what is his connection to the cartel besides hired gun, and why did he leave Adrienne and Clark alive when clearly could have killed them?
While out on patrol, Red Robin brutally takes out some Mendoza cartel and Falcone family members. Batman follows Red Robin's especially brutal encounters and finally confronts him about it. Red Robin tells Batman about Adrienne’s lineage, clearly taking Batman by surprise. However, concerned about the road Red Robin is taking, Batman cautions him about taking a path he can’t come back from. Fed up, Tim takes off his cowl and throws it in Batman’s face, telling him, “I’m finished as Red Robin and I don’t have to play by your rules.”
Later, Tim, Jason, and Helena decide it’s time to take the battle to the cartels, mob families, and any other criminals. It’s time to fight fire with fire, even if it means they become renegades in the eyes of the law and Batman.

The plot is somewhat baffling but the art is lovely and I'm still excited about the return of a Sandman title. (Full disclosure: this is also how I feel about Sandman: Overture.)

Picked this up to see what the Question was up to, but with the book split into 4 seemingly (?) unrelated plotlines it was a little hard to follow.

Still loving this title. Carsenal versus the Royal Flush Gang was great fun. I was surprised Tockman actually saved Diggle; it was an interesting contrast with the dirt they've dug up about him and makes me wonder if Clock King is definitely a Bad Guy.

Congratulations to everyone who made it to the top sellers and to everyone else, all of these titles are great. And thanks to everyone who got The Many Myths and Wonder Woman, some great stuff coming up next month with a new arc, but first an awesome ending to the first arc. Which will lead to a new mini series, Wings & a Prayer. Thanks to all who got issue 12 of Nature Force and Poison Ivy, the new arc for Nature Force is going to be crazy, and the new Gotham City Sirens title is going to be very cool! So I hope you all will enjoy what is coming up from me!
My solicitations will be in very soon, sorry for it being late. Lots of stuff going on right now in my life. But I will have them in a few hours. I have not be able to get home to my computer, but I will be then. They are all typed up, just have to send them in. Sorry again. I am looking forward to the stories in June.
