The only one who is spared is ROBIN HOOD, who decides to enlist LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES member XS, a speedster and granddaughter of BARRY ALLEN. XS and Robin sneak on board the Dominators ship when they mount an offensive on Washington D.C., and risk being caught in the crossfire of the Legion's assault when they mount an offensive of their own, not knowing that the Legends are held captive on board and a rescue attempt is already in play.
