There sure is a lack of female options here. Who is the woman bellow Iron Man? Shanna, the She-Devil?

Well, I guess there is not many options beyond Tigra and Mockingbird (which, as Hawkeye's newly-wed wife, is almost as much a given as Hawkeye himself). So, I guess there's not much option with these three (I mean, Mockingbird and the Widow seem a bit redundant, abilities-wise, although there is great drama potential). For the rest of the team, I'll let go of one of my favorite Marvel Super-Heroes - Wonder Man.
So, my team would be:

Hawkeye - Leader. Archer with high-tech arrows.
Mockingbird - Supberb hand-to-hand combatent. Battle staves. SHIELD training. Biologist.
Tigra - Speed agility, enhanced senses and strength and steel rendering claws.
Doc Samson -I was very excited when Vision invited him to lead an Avengers team, and I think it would be cool to see him at work. Plus, though not much of a proficient fighter, one of the strongest men on Earth. Super-strong, tough and able to leap a couple of miles at a time. Psycologist.
Namor - Hercules could have made more sense, however, the team needs a real flyer, and it would make more sense for Namor to be headquartered in a west coast beach compound than in a NY mansion. Amphibous abilities. Also one of the strongest men on Earth. Tough. Flight.
Ant-Man - Establishing him-self in the West Coast, since Black Goliath didn't seem willing to join the team, Scott Lang would be very useful for the team due to his engineering skills. Alongside Mockingbird, he would be the braisn of the team (plus, how would Hawkeye react with Bobbi spending so much time in the lab with him?). Scott would increase the power of his helmet bio-stinger to give the team a bit more fire-power.

^^^Yeah, that’s Shanna; this all started w. me running across the cover and not recognizing her. I posted the cover in the Avengers appreciation thread asking who she was!

And yeah Mockingbird and Black Widow are redundant but that would’ve been such good drama to play out both in terms of Hawkeye and which of them is the better spy/butt kicker!

On topic though, I like your team. Samson analyzing Namor’s anger issues would be gold!
