As gargantuan as this book would be, I'd still probably buy it. Maybe omit Shadowdragon and Sovereign Seven, as I don't think DC has the rights anymore (I could be wrong though).
I'd like to see collections of early 90's annuals as well, my favorite being Eclipso: The Darkness Within.
Batman Gotham Adventures Omnibus: The Batman Adventures: The Lost Years #1-5, Batgirl Adventures one-shot, Batman Gotham Adventures #1-60, Batman Adventures (Vol. 2) #1-17

It would also have to include the Defenders: From the Marvel Vault oneshot (by Nicieza, Busiek and Bagley).
Anyway, to add to this thread:
Gen 13 by Adam Warren (Gen 13 Bootleg #8-10 [“Grunge: The Movie” storyline], Gen 13: Magical Drama Queen Roxy #1-3, Gen 13 (Vol. 2) #43-44 & 60-77, plus pin-ups from WildStorm Swimsuit ‘97 and WildStorm Universe Sourcebook 1995 & covers from Gen 13 (Vol. 4) #3 and WildStorm Player’s Guide #1)
DCU by Paul Dini (Batman: Mr. Freeze (1997) OGN, Batman: Harley Quinn (1999) OGN, Harley Quinn: Harley Loves Joker #1-2, Black Canary and Zatanna: Bloodspell OGN, Material from DC’s Beach Blanket Bad Guys Summer Special #1; Harley Quinn (2016) #17-25; Harley Quinn 25th Anniversary Special #1; Love is Love OGN; Catwoman 80th Anniversary Special; Action Comics #900, 975 and 1000; Bizarro World OGN; DC Rebirth Holiday Special #1; Young Monsters in Love #1; DCU Nuclear Winter Special #1)
I've got some ideas for DC & Marvel collections at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...it?usp=sharing ; though I dunno if most would fall in line the rules of this thread.

Spider-Man by Roger Stern WITHOUT the Spectacular issues. Include O'Neill and do 208-251 maybe. Then do DeFalco from 252-292.
Actually I would like them to re-do the Amazing and X-Men omnibii; have ASM breakdown into three volumes as 1-40, 41-82, 83-122. And X-Men as 94-143, 144-200, and 201-246.
Wisdom + Captain Britain & MI:13
I want to see an Omnibus of the Charlton Comics Action Heroes that reprints the two DC archives from way back. They are out of print and really expensive.
I’ll wait for a reissue hopefully for the Byrne Namor omnibus.
I have those Archives but if they add Peacemaker (Fightin' 5 #40-41 and Peacemaker #1-5), Peter Cannon Thunderbolt (#1 and 51-60), Son of Vulcan (Mysteries of Unexplored Worlds 46-48, Son of Vulcan 49-50) and Judomaster (Special War Stories #4, Judomaster #89-98) I'd definitely consider buying an Omnibus
