As always, these charts do not paint the full picture, there's a lot of information we do not have, yadda, yadda, yadda.

    By Units

    1 Ultimate Spider-Man #4
    4 Amazing Spider-Man #47
    8 Amazing Spider-Man #48
    17 Spectacular Spider-Men #2
    20 Edge of Spider-Verse #3
    27 Ultimate Spider-Man #1
    35 Ultimate Spider-Man #3

    By Dollars

    1 Ultimate Spider-Man #4
    4 Amazing Spider-Man #47
    11 Amazing Spider-Man #48
    16 Ultimate Spider-Man #1
    21 Edge of Spider-Verse #3
    30 Spectacular Spider-Men #2
    33 Ultimate Spider-Man #3
    49 What If...? Venom #3
Numbers don't lie. Ultimate really is a hit. Amazing is too, but it is clear that some fans (like me) are more interested in following one book over the other.

I wonder what’s going on with Batman on this list. I know this run isn’t the most popular with a lot of fans, but it being that low on the list seems rather perplexing.

I feel bad for the team they sent to die. But there was no way in heaven or hell that I'm picking up a book with Paul in it.

Miles Morales has also dropped off the charts. It seemed like the series was picking up steam with the Gang War tie-ins but then it fell out of the Top 50 after the event was over.

Venom, Carnage and Miles didn't appear in the top 50.

    I wonder what happened.

I think the problem is that some readers (of which I admit I am one of) grew tired of the Rabble storyline taking so long to resolve. Eventually you get frustrated when the hero can't take down the villain for awhile

Clearly, they should feature Paul on the cover as bait; that would boost sales.

Not saying that it sold well but Jackpot and Black Cat #2 came out in the last week of the month, these sales charts favor books that are released in the first two weeks. A book have to be a huge seller to enter the top of the charts if they are released in the last week of the month.

Normally, Amazing Spider Man and Batman are the two books that stays high on the charts regardless of their release dates. Ultimate Spider-Man, seems to be now joining the club.

As insanely impressive as it is that USM#4 is at the top - despite being an extended dinner date with the Osborns - I think it’s equally impressive that USM#1 is still in the top 30 despite being from JANUARY, and USM #3 in the top 35 a month later.

That’s strong retention and bodes well for the immediate future.

Personally, I can only speak for myself, but USM is the type of Spider-Man I remember loving and want to support again, and clearly I’m not alone. I never fathomed we could consistently outsell ASM when Slott suggested doing so to send Marvel a strong message… but so far we’re doing it. Quite impressed.
