Yeah, that's an odd choice since that's not the version in the comics anymore and most of the Super Powers line had ended by the time they made that canon. And that "Fist of Fate" vehicle looks awesome!

Yeah they def need to make these. I was def gonna buy the figure. The variant covers have been the best thing about this book but this was just one big tease.

True, but I prefer to forget that part of that era of PG's existence. They could have done something with it, but never did, at least they never did anything good with it IMO.

I think what they were going for is something along the lines of "What would it have looked like if the Super Powers line had continued?" Which, if it had gone into something like 1987 or 88, they might do something like this. It's funny to note that the Cyborg figure is now worth a LOT of money because he was one of the last figures produced in the real world. Yet the package shows a vehicle for him suggesting in this alternate timeline or whatever that he got enough figures produced to warrant his own vehicle.
