I am polyamorus and mostly hang with an entire community that is or respects poly lifestyles. That would be the modern Neo/Pagan community.
(so some of us dig Namor, Thor, etc, for that sense)

It is not a contradiction to me, that someone can love more than one person with equal/near equal true, romantic, etc love. Period.

But from a story point of view, this has always been an important fact. That Namor and Sue may have a deep love for each other that

    transcends most notions.

Yes, I'll give eveyrone that Namor, appropriately or not is played as more interested in Sue romantically etc.

Just because we're poly doesn't mean we don't respect boundaries and have 'other' deep friendships or bonds.

so that is my head canon as far as Namor and Sue go, and that is all for me.

Hey, I'd like to see Johnny with Namorita again too! If they tied the knot

Sue and Namor would be family of some sort. Let the howls of anguish begin!

Love the idea of Ben and Johnny working a 9-to-5 together.

Still not sure why Johnny hasn't shaved.

I agree. I liked that Namor jumped at the chance of getting closer to Sue when Reed was widely belived dead, during DeFalco and Ryan's run. It was a window of oportunity that his honor allowed, and he took it. However, once Reed was found alive, he not only stepped back, but helped Reed and Sue's relationship move foward (as he'd done before in the past).

    Peace

Well.........all good things must come to an ending and Wednesday's saw the release of POWER PACK: INTO THE STORM#5 , the conclusion of the Miniseries......in which follows up the One Shot POWER PACK:GROWS UP! in which Alex celebretes being a teenager, and unfortunately had the Brood{Yes.....I did say the Brood} crashlanded during his birthday's picnic with his family, friends. Fortunately, Kitty Pride & Wolverine were in the area, as well as Kofi joins in to help the Pack deal with the Brood.

Now, within the Miniseiries itself......The FF made a cameo where they dropped off Franklin/Tattletale with the Powers' during their summer vacation........the First Issue setting the stage and things starting stirring up during the 2nd, 3rd & 4th and yes, Ororo/Storm does appears within the Mini......with lots of twists within the adventure, plus a surprising conclusion within the Mini, by the Creators{JUNE BRIGMAN & LOUISE SIMONSON}.

I will eventually go into the full stories of each issue......but if anybody here want to.....then, be my guest......

Anyway, let's hope for more of the Pack in the future........

Johnny won't be pleased when he sees Clint Barton's new look... he's grown a 'stache, the copycat.

Hmmm. Just read last issue. I'm really interested in what Trapster was intending to do. What was he trying to fix?

    Just his loserdum?

I wish they’d stop adding facial hair to characters who traditionally don’t. Nightcrawler and Gambit, IMO, look ridiculous. Colossus I barely tolerate. Johnny is the only one I actually like. I hated bearded Reed, too. Now Hawkeye? Maybe I’m just becoming an old curmudgeon, but I prefer the characters to look… traditional? The good thing is it never lasts. Except maybe Colossus…

I think its safe to assume Clint's facial hair is only temporary -- he is currently on the run, so the facial hair is meant to make him a little less recognizable.

I am convinced Johnny's stache is there because it doesn't look good.
