William Messner Loebs did so many cool things with Diana, and that Joker story is definitely one of them

Those panels are from Wonder Woman volume 2 #97 Originally Posted by nj06
This was a two part joker story that started with the previous issue, issue 96
(but I believe it also ties into what happened in issue 94 and issue 95, another two part story where Diana fought Poison Ivy, Cheetah and Cheshire)
It was all written my William Messner-Loebs, and the rest of his run is worth checking out
