Also just a reminder of a second fight and how badass Gambit/Sunfire duo were.
Also sleeping Rogue in ep 8 and possible Deahbit or Gambit working on Sinister really reminds me Messiah Complex.

Something I didn’t notice about XMen Evolution until my kid pointed it out is the number of times Scott Summers gets his shirt ripped off. So until Remy reaches that number, it’s not enough.

Lol not a single person in those Avengers could even touch New Sun. you know that picture with Goku and Vegeta vs the whole MCU? Imagine New Sun and full powered Gambit in that spot. That's why Deathbit would be more likely, more beatable than New Sun. just begging no comics Death design or it will ruin it. Just have red-haired Gambit with shaggy long hair looking like he just became le Diablo blanc for real. Imagine unleashed hand to hand fighter Remy against everyone. We haven't seen him as the unleashed martial artist anywhere have we? If we do then that Justice League scene would be the perfect template for that


And yeah If Gambit comes in he's gotta come in wrecking stuff like with Cable

Funny enough, this is where Gambit's base skills as a thief have greater application against Wanda than his New Sun powers. The Scarlet Witch's most consistent weakness is her durability since she can't take physical hits, so the best strategy with her is stealth/distraction and an efficient strike. Girl has been taken out by a sucker-punch so we know it works. Problem is could a suped-up Gambit maintain his stealth... probably not.
