A big issue could be the owner. A number of young executives could view working for Kraft as a lose situation. A fact that Kraft treated the last guy who was GM/Coach like crap , pushing him out after 20+ seasons and 6 Super Bowl trophies. I suspect it has to do with the pressure and expectations of the fandom in New England as well. Who wants to follow Belichick? That's like being the guy who goes in after George Washington, you are doomed.

Aaron Rodgers has been a pretty strange guy for awhile now, and I have a theory why. He seemed like a pretty normal guy until he began dating Olivia Munn. If you guys don't know Oliva Munn is from California, and you know what? They got all that Scientology out there...
