A big issue could be the owner. A number of young executives could view working for Kraft as a lose situation. A fact that Kraft treated the last guy who was GM/Coach like crap , pushing him out after 20+ seasons and 6 Super Bowl trophies. Then news he possibly warned Atlanta to not take Belichick , so....they could be wary of working for him.

I suspect it has to do with the pressure and expectations of the fandom in New England as well. Who wants to follow Belichick? That's like being the guy who goes in after George Washington, you are doomed.

Aaron Rodgers has been a pretty strange guy for awhile now, and I have a theory why. He seemed like a pretty normal guy until he began dating Olivia Munn. If you guys don't know Oliva Munn is from California, and you know what? They got all that Scientology out there...

Munn is a rational, smart woman who dropped Rodgers because he was a loon. And Rodgers is from California.

I like to hope they would, but, I have my doubts.

A few years back when Aaron Rodgers was hosting Jeopardy and considered a frontrunner to get the full time job, who would've ever thought that he'd soon reveal himself to be such an utter piece of shit?

Why does Jacksonville get back to back London games again? That is really not fair and to do that two seasons in a row? What is the point of that?

Their owner, Shad Khan owns a Premier League team (Fulham FC) over in London, and the league is obsessed with overseas revenue streams, thus games in England, Germany and, coming this season, Brazil.

The owner wants them. He is a big promoter expanding in Europe and having a team in England.
