I'd know if they'd do Mole Man outside of a Cameo, but not doing him because another studio in Disney did a similar character is as silly as not doing Doom because Star Wars has Vader. I mean if we're making Incredibles comparisons why do the FF at all?

Now that I think about it he could also be a decent Nathaniel Richards (Reed's father, not Kang), although more like he was drawn in the 80s and 90's perhaps than the more modern versions which are pretty much Reed but older.

The Incredibles was a very good movie, though, and a huge hit. So theoretically even if they repeat themes from it, that should not be a problem. But I think no one would say Incredibles was a hit due to the presence of the Underminer/Mole Man, so I see no reason why anyone at Disney would be chomping at the bit to bring Mole Man back other than as a brief call out to the origin of the FF.

He was pretty much the opening act of the sequel, with the destruction caused undoing the goodwill they got at the end of the first one.

Also in a (non-canon?) video game.

As for Mole Man, part of his appeal are his giant monsters, but I'm pretty sure MCU has already done that quite a few times. The Leviathans in the Avengers, various ones in Dr. Strange, Thor, GOTG etc.
