Yeah, in a post-OMD issue, it was shown that the events of Back in Black still happened. Aunt May was hospitalized by the sniper, but she was partially healed by Mephisto, thus saving her life.

Thanks, and yeah . . . again, given how he reacted to relearning Daredevil's secret identity . . . I do not look forward to what could happen to Peter and/or his loved ones if Fisk relearned that secret identity as well.
