Waking up the kids is definitely the hardest part for me.

Getting them ready is the second hardest part.

Getting myself ready is the third hardest part.

just the waking up part, WFH job so most of this stuff doesn't apply
also my job quit doing webcam meetings so if I get up too late or something i can go to work positively disheveled in a robe

I chose two, waking up and driving to work. I have a bit of an insomnia problem so when I finally get to sleep it's not too long before my alarm goes off. Then after getting ready I have to deal with horrible traffic or closed roads under construction AND fight for parking in a congested city. No thank you.

    In descending order of horror...
    Morning commute.
Waking up when I'd rather still be sleeping.
    Having to cook breakfast.
