Outsiders by Mike W. Barr and Alan Davis (I'd say Jim Aparo but he's no longer with us)
The second half of Prez by Mark Russell and Ben Caldwell
All-Star Squadron and/or Infinity Inc. by Roy Thomas and Jerry Ordway

Manhunter by Marc Andreyko and Michael Gaydos (or Javier Pina). One of my all time favourites.

Also Chase by Dan Curtis Johnson and J H Williams III.
"Has Sariel summoned you here, Azrael? Have you come to witness the miracle of your brethren arriving on Earth?"

"I WILL MIX THE ASHES OF YOUR BONES WITH SALT AND USE THEM TO ENSURE THE EARTH THE TEMPLARS TILLED NEVER BEARS FRUIT AGAIN!"

"*sigh* I hoped it was for the miracle."

Dan Watters' Azrael was incredible, a constant delight and perhaps too good for this world (but not the Forth). For the love of St. Dumas, DC, give us more!!!

I'd like to see a new writer get a shot at writing them.

Jonah Hex- he s problematic but not everything should be smooth and I miss the done in one style, just imagine the Hound from GoT in his own series or the Ghoul from Fallout as a more recent example
Secret Six- a family of rogues travelling the DC universe
Swamp Thing- a mini about Swamp Thing and Ra's and Poison Ivy

Red Hood and the Outlaws Rebirth version (Lobdell hit on a great trio there, say what you want about his other series).
Super Sons (not, whatever the fake is that is pretending to be Jon, but the real one, maybe make him the same age as Damian this time around).
Lobo. A mini would be fine, and Lobo is one of those characters that literally works in the most wacky scenarios.
