"Good-bye. Good luck. Good riddance."
There was a long period after the Rhino's introduction in which he was more of a Hulk / Avengers villain than a Spider-man villain.

I remember that Christmas issue of Incredible Hulk where Rhino had to pose as a mall Santa Claus to conceal his horn and try to stay ahead of the authorities. He ended up getting into a brawl with the Hulk that really upset the kids, and by the time the issue finished, they made it up to those kids by posing as Santa and Santa's helper.
The spider is always on the hunt.
OMG! Eerily similar to The Sandman (LOL):
"Good-bye. Good luck. Good riddance."
Gambit kind of sort of fought Hydro Man in X-Men Unlimited #18. It was a hallucination he was having while he was stranded in Antarctica. It was actually a pretty good use of the bad guy. He came off as scary for once.
Vulture and Rhino fought Nightcrawler in Uncanny Spider-Man, which had Nightcrawler dress up as a new spider hero.
