Venom (Eddie) confronted Iron Man, Hulk, and was trapped at F4 headquarters.

Vermin started as a Captain America villain.

Iron Man fought Beetle (I think Spidey was his most disdained opponent in his villain days).

Shocker was defeated by Baxter Building security.

Frightful Four included Max Dillon once, kidnapped Spidey to trap Fantastic Quartet.

Carol Danvers (early Ms. Marvel days) fought Scorpion

Scorpion fought Cap one time Steve went to publish his art in the Bugle.

Scorp-nom and Iron Norman confronted a few heroes as Thunderbolts and Dark Avengers.
