Justice league/ kid flash questions

Finally catching up on my comics from the last couple months and I am not sure if i missed it anywhere but;

1. Time wise, where does the current justice league darkseid war take place. Coming out of convergence and everything going on in everyone's solo series ( new costumes, abilities, etc) non of it seems to match up.

2. In teen titans, wonder girls team has kid flash on it and not the one from the flash series but what looks to be the teen titans kid flash from when the new 52 started. the last i can recall seeing him was when he and solstice stayed back in the future or whatever. so i am wondering, same kid flash? someone new? is solstice back as well? or do we not know anything yet?

1. Just use your imagination on the DC You timeline for the Justice league. The mobius darkseid war seems to be before Superman Truth.
2. My guess is DC You Kid Flash is a reboot.
