How the hell did the Punisher go down from a freakin tall building with no elevator, stairs, rope, etc along with avoid getting seen by humans?

I don't know what the status quo is now, but I had an old issue of West Coast Avengers that implied that they're all sorta different aspects of the same Satan-like being.

Gwen only died because Gerry Conway didn't like her. Peter would have stayed with her forever.
