Sunday, my brother was over and cooked grilled shrimp among other things, with a Georgian wine, (the country, not the state). I was excited about the wine, which was from a great wine country. I wound up tossing it out, it was that...er....different. Don't know how, but I suspect I was tasting the Chernobyl radiation there. The shrimp was...um....raw in places. He'd skewered it and filled the entire skewer with shrimp, with no spaces in-between. Eck, and I was laid up and couldn't help.
