Fingers crossed for a heavy queer presence on X-Factor.

Or, y’know, choose characters based on personality, abilities, and storytelling potential.

Anyway, I’m really looking forward to Phoenix. I’ve always loved the 90’s Silver Surfer books, the Valentino GOTG, and anytime the X-men or FF went into space. So if this will give me that kind of tapestry with one of my favorite characters, so be it. I hope they dig up all kinds of obscure cosmic characters to interact with.

It sounds like Brevoort is intent on addressing several of Krakoas flaws, which is nice

And shocker I still like Cyclops too. They’re both great and different characters. But if y’all wanna spend your time beefing over fictional characters who in-universe have tons of respect for one another go ahead.
Ehhh not really. Sinister took over the whole universe because she wasn't paying attention

And why would this basis for selection prevent a heavy queer team?

I really hope we get more team books in the future. Would be nice to have an Excalibur team with actual british mutants like Banshee, Wolfsbane, Chamber or Pixie.

I've got my books: Uncanny X-men, X-men and Wolverine. That's enough to keep me invested.

Will likely check out the first few issues of Phoenix too, maybe X-Force and X-Factor.

Because making that a qualifier for any team is ridiculous. Just pick the characters that fit best for the concept, regardless of being male or female or gay or straight. That shouldn’t be a factor in making a super hero team. IMO, at least.

X-Force doesn't kill because the X-Men said so. Circumstances made certain killers team up.

Cyclops wasnt in the council that were the first to be taken over. Storm pulling double duty helped Sinister get away with it
