    Wasn't that botch on Anna?

And same here. I love Banks but not thrilled to see he come in and take out Willow. Which means she'll take out Stat next. And when Julia returns, Skye and then her.

The 4 women who should be the top of the division.

Hopefully Hayter comes back ahead of her July date and, due to offbeat shenanigans, costs Banks the match. I'd even take a Baker save.

In this tweet JBL talks about the segment where he gave Eddie Guerrero mother a heart attack. It was Eddie and Chavo Sr idea for him to do this. JBL had so much heat in El Paso he needed a police escort to get out of town and he drove in his wrestling gear.

Vice TV will air a 4 part documentary series called “Who Killed WCW ?” In June. They will have people on discussing it all. But there is one key person that Vice chose not to talk to….

    Ric Flair.

Flair has called this documentary bullsh-t already online. And well…he’s right. Love or hate Flair for his issues, but this is like doing a documentary on the Patriots and deciding to not let Bill Belichick or Tom Brady take part.

Flair was as much WCW as Sting was. So yeah…bad call Vice TV.

Maybe Flair is tired of talking about it. The subject is a dead horse.

Yeah after that extensive Monday Night Wars docuseries WWE did a few years ago and all the shoots over the years, we know how WCW died already.

However, I’ll be watching on the strength of Bret Hart. I know he’s gonna give us one lol.

I wonder how many "I hate Bill Goldberg" lines they had to edit out of it though. I mean, I get the kick was bad. Brett apparently though Goldberg would do a Big Boot or something, which obviously was not the case. And yeah, Goldberg was not that experienced at that point. But it needs to be pointed out, that Bret would go on to do several more matches where he took some stiff shots to the head as well, after his match with Goldberg. And nearly every interview Bret has done, that gets brought up.

Odd to think that, just before, they had been tag team champions together. One of the best technicians to ever wrestle, and one of the most explosive power guys to be in the ring.

True, but still Goldberg’s kick was the icing on the retirement cake for Bret. I’d bury him at every chance I could too, the fucking guy robbed us of ever seeing Bret vs Kurt Angle.

I met Bret before last year at an outlaw promotion show, he did an autograph signing before the matches. Pleasantly surprised that he was a really cool dude.

Judging from his post on fb , Flair is mad because he wasn’t part of this. So he’s mad that they chose to not talk to him.

At the time Bret Hart suffered that concussion, there wasn’t really much medical attention given them. Steve Young and Troy Aikman suffered numerous concussions and would play the next game in the NFL.

Hindsight being 20/20 now , Bret wouldn’t have worked those next number of weeks til he was healed. But Bret and WCW didn’t know the damage would get worse due to working. As a doctor told him weeks later , had suffered mini concussions after the big one.

It left him open to a major stroke if he took a bump bad. (Bret would suffer a stroke a few years later)

A-1 is back, so Ethan Page has left AEW.

That implies it was on purpose. It was not. And Brett is FAR from the only wrestler that took a bad bump that would lead to early retirement. Stone Cold took a sit down tombstone from Brett's own brother that, in Steve's own words, took 20 years off his career. D'Lo Brown powerbombed Draz that led to Draz becoming paralyzed. And a whole lot more. Accidents, even bad ones, happen. Especially in pro-wrestling. And Goldberg himself has apologized, many times, to both Brett and the public about it, and wishes he could take that kick back. But he can't, and as you demonstrated, and Brett himself, refuse his apologies.

Watched a Raven shoot recently and the man is still a great interview.

    - When he did the Raven character, he wanted him to be “real”. He also never wanted to be cheered by fans. He brings up how guys become heels because they don’t like when fans boo them as faces. So they like being cheered.

Not him…he knew that there was a 10% audience cheering him as Raven. His goal was to turn that 10% against him. He would thrive off being the vile heel and he brings up that Simon Diamond told him a fan came up to Diamond…”Is Raven as big an ahole as he seems on TV ?”

He LOVED that and told Diamond that is when you know your character has worked.

    - He doesn’t watch anything now. After the failed Alliance angle he just never cares to watch any wrestling anymore.
