Is this a What If story? Because in current continuity, Punisher was in the Siancong war, not Vietnam, which is now long before his time. So either this is a What If story, or the writer is ignoring the retcon.

This is part of the MAX series. It is not in the main timeline. Ennis wrote a fantastic MAX series for the Punisher years ago and it is loved by fans. Check it out if you have not.

I see what your saying about What If but it is not that. MAX series. This is before Frank became known as the Punisher. Back in the war days.

Looks like we get to see Frank sooner than later in March 2024 Daredevil: Born again on Disney Plus. Very excited about this series as it looks to have Frank in a big role not just a simple appearance.
