Ugh! Bummer. Of all the characters in the team, Betsy is the one who would make more sense to have a cleavage but she’s the only one not showing some skin. Even Rachel is!

I hope more colorists and artists make this “mistake” …

I honestly don't know what to feel about the costume , I really liked it in that cover but i still perfer it over the first CB costume which was too bulky and not Betsy. The dissasmbled suit is yet to be topped and it barley lasted.

I dig the new costume if only because it feels like a good mix of the Disassembled and CB looks. I could do with a different color scheme because I'll never see it for Betsy in red but since it's the team aesthetic I'll deal. Even with that it still feels like a...placeholder costume if that makes sense. Whatever costume she gets after this one should be the look to make waves.

Speaking of the caps from the videogame and the scans shared by HOXOR.
Is she Elizabeth or Elisabeth? Because I was sure it was with the z (and Marvel Fanbase has the z in all her versions, 616 and AUs), but in both X-Men Forever and The End (Claremont's things) she's Elisabeth with the s. And in one of the caps shared by HOXOR she's both Elisabeth and in the next like Elizabeth.
And in my searches for her name in other languages (for fanworks reasons), I got the feeling Elisabeth with the s doesn't even exist.
I'm getting very confused.

The recoloring looks awesome, PoP, especially Kwannon. Get fun, don't be shy to share them, you're doing nothing wrong! I've been doing this with some non-Marvel characters turned AUs Betsy!
(now, if you saw that I did with three of Momoko's art to make one (1) yokai!Betsy for Demon Wars...)

What would you think if Betsy only had the psychic sword and Kwannon had the psychic knife?

I would love that. I know that this would mean stripping Betsy of one her signature powers ("the focused totality etc"), but as we keep both and we want both of them to be A-list characters, differentiate a bit and give each of them their own signature move (Kwannon=psyknife; Betsy=psysword) would be perfect, IMHO.
Also, it's interesting that Betsy started doing the psyknife when in Kwannon's body, while she never did the psysword until the 2000 during Revolution when she got TK (while, as you proved with the scans, Caucasian!Kwannon did back then).
It would suggest that Caucasian!Body had the predisposition for the psysword, while the Asian for the psyknife.

I would like that. I always thought they could have handled the “divorce” making their differences more defined.

Kwannon: black hair and eyes, black and red costume, wasp wings tp effect, psychic knife, katanas, red psychic powers, ninja inspired attire.

Betsy: purple hair and eyes, purple and pink costume, butterfly wings tp effect, tk sword and shield, pink psychic powers, princess knight inspired attire.

Voilà! Not that hard, iconic and respectful for both characters.

I still imagine a what if we got a properly written Betsy during the krakoa era with her leading excalibur and having the same characterison as she did previously and a better costume , sighhh.

But also moving on , I want Claremont to write a mini with Betsy - back in her orignal body.

I absolutely love this panel! Her stance, the look in her eyes, her look, her new weapons, the length volume in her hair …

I felt so excited during this period. Happy Betsy got her body back, her new Psy weapons made sense for her and her costume… Disassembled and Age of X are my two absolutely favorites for her.

What an amazing era. And agree her hair was the best during this era from color to length , well the hair color should've been a bit darker but yeah.

Black lipstick suits her ALOT even in the covers that was my fav one not only cuz of the outfit but also becuase of the black lipstick.
