So this is going to be some kind of mini chronicling Donna's entire life?

Well that's definitely a scene set in the first four years (in publication time, not comic book time) of the Teen Titans' and Donna's existence (1965-69, since 69 is when she got the red costume that served her through the 70s and most of the 80s). But it could just be a flashback of some sort.

It's weird because everybody has their current comics designs, but Raven is very blatantly just the 2003 cartoon one.

Those covers are done in advance te artist hired to do them Proably didn’t know he was added to the roster. It only became official last month.
