Really good, but just too much going on in too little time at points. I would have liked to have seen a proper Inferno in Manhattan, for instance, but Inferno was over in like ten minutes.

Inferno and FOTM both should have been given longer arcs. I was shocked that Maddie was exposed so early on rather than a long season burn, and Inferno done with in the same episode revealing the clone.
Did my favourites get the storylines I wanted or expected? No. Was it a fun watch the whole way through? Yes. Was it probably an amazing, entertaining experience for non-CBR posters? Also yes.
It did run through things way too quickly. The first 5 episodes could have been slowed down and made into an entire season (minus Mojo).
The animation could be a bit janky outside of the fight set pieces. In particular, the last episode had some poor lip-synching and movement outside of the Magneto/Xavier and Cable/Jean/Scott moments. Hopefully, they give the team more money and time to animate season 2.
More Storm and more Wolverine being vulnerable in season 2.

*** from me, but it definitely exceeded expectations. 10 episodes per season just aren't enough for the amount of material they want to cover.
Also, Rogue's characterisation was poor, and Beast was hardly used (similarly to previous seasons).
Really great ! I wish they used Morph more. And they chewed through a LOT of stories, some which would have benefitted for a more decompressed storytelling (powerless storm for example)
I gave it 5 Stars. Nothing is perfect, yet the series exceeded my expectations. Especially if you compare it to the original series.
TO KNOW HER IS TO FEAR HER: JESSICA DREW THE SPIDER-WOMAN
BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE NEW 2024 SPIDER-WOMAN SERIES by STEVE FOXE!!!
MISSING:
Synch's Aura
Northstar and Aurora's shiny hair
Spider-Woman’s cowl costume
Thoroughly impressed! Exceeded all my expectations and made me fall back in love with some characters who I have lost interest in over the years.
I will continue to gush over this series until season 2 arrives...
Great.
Was rushed in many parts. Especially Maddie/Goblin Queen.
-Rogneto was bad from start to finish. Only good thing about it was that it makes Gambit's death sadder and more impactful.
-Scott/Jean/Logan love triangle was irritating. Why are they still teasing it if nothing is going to come of it?!
-Storm's journey also felt rushed.
-Logan was done dirty?! Never thought I'd say that.
But overall, it was amazing as an X-Men fan. When it was good, damm it was good.
I give it a 4/5
My only nitpick is the "Inferno" "LifeDeath" and Genosha plot felt rushed in places. I feel we could have had 3 extra episodes to flush out the Goblin Queen, Storm's time with Forge and more time on Genosha with other mutants (like COME ON WE HAD EXODUS THERE, AND AN INTERESTING VERSION OF THE QUIET COUNCIL)
10/10 Amazing. Easily the best X-men cartoon ever created.
It was great TV, however...
It needed to be at least 13 episodes carrying all that material. Inferno needed another episode, and Bishop needed more build up before tossing him, and we needed another Genoshan episode to represent White Queen and Polaris experiences - but I'm modestly hopeful we'll see some of this explored next season.
I do think there was a little too much fan service for most casual fans.
Queen of Mutants, Mistress of Magnetism, Magnetrix and the MII, Pestilence of the Horsemen of Apocalypse, the Krakoan Oracle and creator of the Sanctus Sacrum Tournament Key, the Threshold Seed Shaper, Brood Queen of the Fall of the House of X, Lorna Sally Dane, Ph.D., of the House of M, Polaris of the X-Men
Episode 5 is 10/10 but overall series is 7.5 for me.
Also really tired of Mags push.
Excellent. I haven't chimed in much because I was waiting to binge watch but I'm caught up now and it was fantastic.
