How many of these decade(s)-later comedy sequels have been well received?

    The Hustler was a comedy?
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

I don't know. Carl Weathers is dead so what's the point of it without Chubbs.
The Gypsies had no home. The Doors had no bass.

Does our reality determine our fiction or does our fiction determine our reality?

Whenever the question comes up about who some mysterious person is or who is behind something the answer will always be Frank Stallone.

Not sure why you'd expect more Chubbs other than a cameo in Happy Gilmore 2, unless you're hoping it takes place in the afterlife. Not to mention they already did that bit in the first one.

Netflix grabbed it so it's just a tv movie now.

If they don't somehow, someway work in a Drew Carey cameo it will be a wasted opportunity.

Fitting, considering their deal with Sandler.
