Do you think they would relaunch the main line right when they’re going to launch a whole new line in Absolute DC?

Seems like they could run the risk of cannibalizing their own books.

Nightwing and Tec are certainly getting new creative teams. JSA allegedly as well.

That being said, I wouldn't expect an expansion of the mainline or major shake-ups in the big mainline titles for a while.

Yeah, I think King on WW, Zdarsky on Batman, and Williamson on Superman will stick for a bit longer.

And we don't know how long Action Comics will have guest creative teams. That's another one that might not get a long term writer for a while. Flash, the Hal Jordan Green Lantern book, and Titans don't seem to be ending any time soon either.

We do, the Superstars era was marketed as being a year long thing. It goes Aaron, Williamson, Simone, and last one is Waid. Wouldn’t surprise me if Waid takes over Action full time for 2025. Probably will make it a throwback book set in the WF era.

Unfortunately this could just be a one off since Johns whole plan was undone by the lateness and his skipping town.

It would be cool to see a few more alien looking members.

Like most characters/teams created in the Golden or Silver Age most of the members are white. At least there’s Dawnstar, Karate Kid (half Japanese), and Tyroc has played a much bigger role in the last decade.

Personally I’m much more in favor of creating and promoting new POC characters and not just changing a character’s ethnicity.

That is definitely the Johns Legion.

Whether this is bringing them back and replacing the Bendis Legion...who knows. There's no big Legion plans so I don't think DC really cares at this point.
