Barry has a point there. Bruce does seem to prefer not getting help from the other Leaguers for his solo stuff. But as Barry points out, it's not just their powers that make them different, they have their own skillsets too, and chemistry is one of Barry's (probably the one thing that doesn't overlap Bruce's own skills, considering Barry worked as a CSI i.e. for the police, and thus also shares a lot of Bruce's detective skills).

For years and years, Bruce had a huge chemistry lab in the Batcave that he made frequent use of (we haven't seen it much in recent years). Bruce is damn good at chemistry, but probably not better than Barry, who is a trained professional and can conduct some procedures at superspeed.

Another event, another Alex Paknadel Barry Allen tie-in

I'm excited, I liked his Knight Terrors tie-in well enough and he seems to enjoy writing Barry. Wouldn't mind seeing him write more than just this single issue.

It's still got a few updated design choices, like the tapering cowl wings and the ridged gloves. I'm being overly nitpicky, I just like seeing the boot wings included
