I stand with Kaep, black lives matter, protect our black women, be fathers and mentors to our black boys and black girls.

Stay away from fast food, walk 30 minutes a day minimum, high blood pressure for blacks isn't so much genetics as it is all that bbq and fried food. We can't save everyone but we can do what we can with what we have, every little bit helps.

I'm more furious at the unarmed murder of black people by law enforcement than you are with your faux rage at people kneeling for the flag as a peaceful means to bring awareness to the unarmed murder of black people by law enforcement. The whole point of a protest is to make people feel uncomfortable you dummies. Fight me.
