Did I miss issue #1 or is this a mistake in the May solicitations?
They changed the name from Batman: The Dark Knight in the April solicits to Batman: The Detective in the May solicits. Not sure why...
But no, you didn't miss anything, just a name change.

During the announcement some people were confused if it is set in DKR continuity so maybe thats why the name was changed.
*Giggles* I think they did that for that reason. Aw... they grew a conscience. No more baiting people like with fake marriage.
Now they're going to disappoint Steve Englehart fans instead of Frank Miller fans.
