If a human could theoretically do it, then there is nothing wonderous about her. Golden age Diana has done some crazy things far beyond human perception, what are you taking about? Training to get better is not a pure Wonder Woman concept, 99% of all fictional characters explore and use this fact. So there is nothing unique about it.
One of Golden Age Wonder Woman's core themes was that any woman could be a Wonder Woman. That meant that all her powers were things she trained to achieve, and things that others could also achieve if they went to Themyscira.

Again lots of heroes have that same theme, this is not unique to Diana. Wonder Woman is an icon and an idol much like Superman or Goku or any other character that has achieved greatness.
Like with super intelligence, I've always been iffy about empathy being treated as a super power. Should something that any human can have really be treated as an unusual ability?
The same can be said of strength.

Who cares if it's unique? All characters have similarities to others.

Because 1)this whole thread is about Diana's unique abilities and 2) by that logic why should she lose her ability to fly:p

I always thought that Diana had some empath powers not as versatile as Raven but, mainly focused around that of love through Aphrodite's blessing. Diana can reach into a persons heart no matter how ugly or broken and take way their pain. Look at Veronica or Deimos and Phobos.

1. Yeah, and no one has suggested anything that is actually unique to her. For comic book characters, it's not about the ingredients, it's about how they're prepared. It's about finding a combination of ideas that works best for the character.
2. Because a character with an iconic vehicle should be using that vehicle instead of ignoring it 90 percent of the time.
The same can be said of strength.
You can make strength superhuman in a way to distinguish it from normal strength. You can't really do the same for intelligence and empathy.

If we are taking 1 into account then 2 doesn't work. The Invisible Jet doesn't necessarily work best for Diana and your argument for using it is iconography which is and always be shallow at best.

1. Nothing about one makes 2 not work.
2. No iconography is critical for characters like Wonder Woman.

No it isn't. It's an empty platitude used to justify lack of development and evolution for the times. The costume changed for a reason despite being "iconic" because it was a relic of a bygone era.
Her flying under her own power is just as iconic if not moreso than the jet. To ignore that is to pretend nothing past 1986 has happened. Iconography is not static. Things change. Tastes and sensibilities evolve.

Yes, and in this case the change to her flying under her own power isn't a good thing.

Intelligence, I can give you (though note the various super-gadgets and super-elixirs). But Jenkins managed to portray super empathy with Diana in the movie, because the entire scene with Charlie expressed that. Diana managed in two minutes what it'd take several years for normal therapy (that wasn't available at the time!) to manage.

Glad we can agree on that.
