I think it's a mini and I don't believe it's started, yet.
It doesn't launch in July with the others. It's just scheduled to start sometime in 2019.

Same........Shazam will be it for me. My goodness so basically the Batman arc is the plot to Dark Knight Rises, Flash is still doing the silly other forces mess but maybe it will put the speed force out of it’s misery and we can get rid of that crutch, and still doing the “Ric” Grayson mess. UGH!

The usual pulls of Shazam, Wonder Woman, the Green Lantern, the Dreaming and Lucifer for me. Will also be getting Wildcats, Lois Lane and maybe Jimmy Olsen. The Batman connections for the latter two are pretty annoying though.

Now that the DC Universe streaming service is releasing comics a year after they hit the stands, I’m not “trade-waiting” anything anymore. Instead I’m “DCU-waiting.”
In order of most anticipated to least. Nothing’s more exciting to me lately than King’s Batman.
Event Leviathan... "The world’s greatest detectives—Batman, Green Arrow, Lois Lane, Plastic Man, the Question and Martian Manhunter..."??
Yeah, there's no way Elongated Man should be left out of that lineup or that Plas would be there rather than him. (I don't think Ollie belongs either, but that's another thing)

I see where he's going with having Green Arrow there, though. Bendis really connected with Marvel's O'Neil corner with Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Jessica Drew and Moon Knight.
It's only natural that he would've connected with Batman, Green Arrow and Question during O'Neil's time at DC in the late '80s.
Part of me suspects that he wanted to use Ralph but was 'convinced' to use Plastic Man instead.
And coming from Marvel, where he was talked out of using Jessica Drew, he probably would rather change the character than press the issue.
-
I'm not looking forward to anything new (with one exception), but I am liking the direction of everything I am reading. That said, I am so happy for a Batman/Superman book. It's nice to have a solid non-Bendis Superman option.
And Year of the Villain is basically a rehash of Underworld Unleashed.
I think it's a mix of different DC "events"

Underworld Unleashed - Villains get upgrades through "deals with the devil."
Infinite Crisis - Villains get organized.

Forever Evil - Villain focused.

I definitely think with DC editorial it's more "cool" to use Plas instead of Ralph.
