Its being alleged that Meltzer and other wrestling journalists and sites are working with AEW to spin out spin stories to paint them as bigger than they really are and give more positive coverage
-
Not surprised at all by that.

That's sort of expected. Though at the same time, there's not a whole lot bad to say as they've literally only had one rally.

WWE's been doing it for years, so I don't see the problem.

A Promotion that Promotes itself.......shocking.

Unfortunate about Sullivan. If the rumors were true, I can't imagine the amount of pressure one would have going straight from NXT into a program with John Cena. Especially one that would lead to Wrestlemania.
Honestly it worked better with the botch. it tied into the story of how much it took out of them and how intense a physical contest it was
I thought it did a good job of playing out that way too.

Yeah, I think botches in moderation are actually a good thing so long as no one gets hurt. It helps make things look more real. Sometimes wrestling can look almost too choreographed and perfect... almost more like a dance rather than a fight. An occasional botch or two can help with that.
Plus they can be funny.

Probably for the best. It spares him another potential loss, since I still think they are saving Brock for Seth and Wrestlemania.
