I somehow respect how stupid and absolutely nonsense that list is.
Makoto should obviously be way higher up.
So apparently the list is based off of the most powerful in their respective Universes. Not say, compared to one another ala Rumbles?
Which makes more sense.
That makes more sense, but is deciedly less funny.

I saw that as well after posting, though that does beg the question how both Zeno and Goku are on the list.

Yeah, that was my thought as well, and why are they ranked against each other? If you pick out the most powerful in each universe, rank them against each other, does that equate to a ranking of which universe is more powerful?
I doubt it.

I will say this. CBR lists never disappointed me at being disappointed at their content.

The concept of "better main character," is such a stupid sentiment.
Demonstrates a rather limited perspective on how narrative can function.
I also clicked through, looked at the title and backed out immediately.

Kaiju no. 8: [spoil] To prevent a massive kaiju bomb from destroying the home base, Kafka exposes his secret and transforms in front of everyone to find a means to diffuse the bomb.[/spoil] I wasn't expecting this to happen so early in the story, but I suppose it wouldn't speak well of the general intelligence of the characters to drag it out for much longer. I'm definitely looking forward to the aftermath next week.

This series is really rather good.
Art good, character work good, pacing real good. I'm admittedly nervous about this development as it dramatically upends the status quo but I feel like I trust the author to handle this change well.

Strongest Mortal/strongest overall, maybe?
Popularity tends to trump these kinds of contests too.

joe was a major loss. he could still go once he healed up and his work on comms was second to none.
i'm surprised bo got let go, considering his brother's position in the company.

And....Yeah, this kinda sucks.
I rather not see the E go down in flames like most would rather see but yep, it's never easy to see this news. it's like a kick to the junk when you least expect it.

Then again, Bo's got real estate - and Liv - to fall back on, so I doubt he's too broken up about it.
