How about we see the character in action first before saying that.

But I love her already! :o
I'm willing to give the character a chance but I do hope they give her more a connection to Diana than just another Amazon from a previously unknown tribe.
If Yara is to stick around then she needs an original identity. The Banas have Shim'Tar, so the Brazilian tribe should have their own name for their champion.
Who’s the Wonder Woman that is in Future Slate Suicide Squad?
Is it Donna or Cassie with dyed hair (since that is Kon-El Superman).
Also Yara looks good. Making a new Brazilian Wonder Woman was smart of DC
I’m going to need multiple Wonder Woman books now! Immortal Wonder Woman for Diana and Wonder Women for Nubia, Yara and Peng! Expand the WW mythos! I think that’s a great way of doing that!
Peng- Asian Amazons
Nubia- Black Amazons
Yara- Native/Latina Amazons
It’s a great way of expanding her mythos but also bringing in more diversity, which her world was in dire need of. She has the least diverse cast out of all of the big 6 and this would fix that! Make it happen DC!
Yara's WW outfit is killer. I love it. Diana's Immortal Wonder Woman looks great, too.
The world needs as many Wonder Women as it can get now, I'm all for there being 2 (even if it's just for a brief amount of time).

I think it's a new Earth-3 Wonder Woman.
I could be totally wrong but I’m going to guess that the Immortal Wonder Woman is wearing the utility belt, power ring, and cape as homage to her dead comrades. She’s immortal they weren’t. Just a guess.

Or...maybe they're trophies...

Apparently all those SS members are Earth 0 villains. Clayface is pretending to be MM for example. Kon is the only “real” hero of the bunch.

They most certainly are not.

It's a bit weird this seems to be some people's first thoughts. :p

A lot of people seem to think this will be a dystopian future, despite it not really giving off that vibe outside the Batfamily books.

Well, things with Metropolis aren't much better.
