You guys think they in part 2 at least due the prequel of Long Halloween? Because she does appear in that. I guess that's why she is here to blend the two
I think that with the Batgirl live-action movie finally, really happening, there’s every reason to be optimistic that she’ll be more visible in the new DCAU.
Hopefully and now we just need Dick Grayson movie for him to get his own

Baby Babs was so cute
And is this the first animated appearance of her brother?
-
Ya know, since her new status as the most important character and center of the Batman universe (or whatever the patronizing, condescending, nonsense quotes were), all that Barbara has been doing- action wise- is eating. Pretty much nonstop, and in a rather slovenly manner, too (witness the food all over her face).
And in Batman, at least, I’m not sure that she’s even changed clothes.
I think maybe poor Babs is depressed
She is just enjoying not using her legs so much and having a bomb falafel stand round the corner

Yea this is her brother's first appearance and I think her mom's second appearance

Unless you count Year One as a baby.
I think it's definitely the first time they've been shown together in an animated work.

Her mom was in Year One and Gotham by Gaslight.

Who knows if that may ever get dragged back up again these days in this "everything is canon" world of DC!

This would be like changing Jason Todd origin back to him being a circus kid. Not going to happen.
This would be like changing Jason Todd origin back to him being a circus kid. Not going to happen.
One hopes, but some writers may go overboard and pack in EVERYTHING to a character's back-story . . .
This would be like changing Jason Todd origin back to him being a circus kid. Not going to happen.
Yeah, I know they said everything happens - but there are exceptions when contradictions are involved, such as with conflicting origins or someone's parentage getting retconned. Jason's post-Crisis origin trumps his original one, which was a rip-off of Dick's, and Jim will remain as Barbara's father. On the other hand, Tim Drake's original origin is the one that counts, and not his New 52 one. If a contradiction comes up, they'll just pick one, and it can be the oldest or the newest (for example, Shazam keeps his New 52 origin).

Yeah. It's not like it was a popular retcon.

I’m guessing that will be revealed later today, as part of a Nightwing cover. The first half of that cover was released around 5pm EST last Thursday.
Excited to see the new look!
