The Avengers World Initiative - An initiative started by founding Avengers members (Iron Man, Thor, Dr. Hank Pym, Wasp, Hulk and Commander Steve Rogers, the former Captain America) sometime after the fourth Secret Wars to put in more effort on making their home world a better one unlike before by leading a number of other Avengers teams to achieve that goal in various ways. Their base of operations will be on a technologically vast small planet somewhere near Earth. The planet itself is a creation of Tony Stark, Hank Pym and Bruce Banner simply called (as you can guess already) Avengers World.
Avengers World Heroes - Selected and lead by Iron Man, several heroes work side-by-side in battling massively super powerful or highly armed menaces originating from Earth or beyond it that can pose a threat to somebody's life there. The heroes, however skilled, strong or powerful, are only stand-by members that the Armored Avenger would call on such short notice for the purposes of squashing out any super powered aliens, vastly equipped villains or strong and monstrous creatures as quick as possible. There are even stand-in members for those stand-by Avengers who can't or won't help Iron Man fight a threat at any given time.
To note: The heroes picked are usually those that often hang around in Avengers World now-a-days for one reason or another.
The Avengers Earth Alliance - A group of powerful, influential, wealthy and royal individuals, who represent different factions existing on Earth, were gathered by Thor in a show of unity and pitch in to help each other, their kingdoms and everybody else who aren't associated with them, but would otherwise need something from the AEA should they ask (from settling foreign disputes to forging alliances to putting a stop to assassins willing to disrupt peace between any political parties whatsoever). Aside from Thor himself, other members include Sovereign (Ikaris), Kro, Black Panther, Namor, Black Bolt, Ka-Zar and Professor X.
The Avengers Planetary Crew - Are former heroes who gave up heroics in pursuit of getting better pay and use their abilities for more productive efforts inside Avengers World rather than knock plenty of villains' lights out weekly. Doctor Hank Pym will direct this group into assisting him and other Avengers on anything they need help on and give them whatever they want or need. The newest Avengers full time support personnel consist of Patsy Walker, Matt Hawk, Wendell Vaughn, Walter Newell, Miguel Santos, Jack Hart, Doombot, Victor Mancha, Raz Malhotra, Toni Ho, Pod/Aikku Jokinen, Wheels Wolinski and Rick Jones among others more recruited by Hank.
Avengers World Academy - Basically, Avengers Academy have been renamed as Avengers World Academy and Wasp (Janet van Dyne) is now in charge of the superhero school. Besides the old students, new ones (with young heroes such as members of the Young Avengers, some Young Allies and a few Runaways) have arrive to learn all they can on becoming heroes from the principal, that being Wasp, and the faculty staff which had also expanded to include former and active heroes alike (even those that were active during WWII). But, surprising enough, ton of retired, elderly villains had joined the AWA staff to teach the students the secret tricks and tips on villainy, as much as they can anyway, and also have them to emphasize with the tragic villainous types of bad guys and gals..though not with any other kinds of villains thankfully.
Avengers: Sphere Ops - Bruce Banner, Gray Hulk and Savage Hulk. Separated personalities. All came to an agreement on taking turns being out and about each week, with Bruce having one week, Gray Hulk a.k.a. Joe Fixit the next and the Savage Hulk'll have the next after that, and taking the reigns of leadership with a special ops Avengers team that'd look into and handle situations while keeping them from the prying eyes of the public as the secrets the team will uncover is absolutely grotesque and terrifying for the average joe and jane to see and come to grips with. Members ranging from huge to very huge, they're She-Hulk, Red Hulk, Red She-Hulk, Skaar, Lyra and a version of A-Bomb from an entirely different universe. ...And they won't be by any means the only members to join the ops team as more will too over time. That group's base of operations on Earth is a sphere shaped airship a little more advance than most. Their secondary base of operations is Avengers World up in space.
Avengers Global Aid - An organization of heroes (with it's membership including Commander Rogers, Beast, Wonder Man, Firebird, D-Man, Rage, Silverclaw and Echo) dedicated to react and proactively rescue everyone from natural disasters on a multitude of fronts, as well as keep watch for any and all upcoming potentially dangerous weather occurrences, figure out how to preserve the environment, coming up with solutions that'll prevent more food shortages, finding cures for diseases and virus, resolve one other massive problem...namely overpopulation, protect any animals from being endangered or facing near extinction and even restore long since extinct animals by whatever means for that to occur.
