Putting out on paper is a different thing then having a favorite character. Like for instance Brubaker's favorite character is Cyclops yet on paper he wasn't exactly invested in his character rather what's around him. Gillen's favorite is definitely Sinister and he is a Nazi similar to one of his controversial runs 'Uber' which was criticized for racist themes.
Mike Carey - Rogue
Jason Aaron: Wolverine and Kid Omega
There's no writer that likes Beast? Not surprising.
Carey- Rogue and Professor X
Ed Brubaker- I felt it was the Summers clan IMO
Lobdell - Gambit
Remender- Fantomex and anything Apocalypse related

I thought Lobdell and Fabian gave great stories for Henry.
I also felt Morrison showed great characterization for him as well.
chip zdarsky - Emma Frost (even though he rarely writes x-books)

Where did he mention this?
Where did he mentioned this?
it was in an interview he did a while back i'd have to look it up but I'm pretty sure it was around the time he wrote Emma in Marvel 2 in 1

yikes lol not sure what you're trying to imply here
(also, Gillen on a podcast I listened to talked about how he thinks Sinister being a Nazi scientist - which happened in like, one irrelevant story ever - is super dumb and should be retconned bc Sinister is portrayed as a scientific genius and Nazi science was really fucking stupid and doesn't make any sense and there's no way a scientific genius would go anywhere near it bc nothing they thought was a thing was remotely true at all.)

yeah there's a reason that story is largely ignored in Sinisters history, it just doesn't make any type of sense
Si Spurrier clearly likes Legion

He also wrote Logan and Kurt as somewhat a duo during X-Mas issue which homages X-Men Annual. He likes duos. I would love to see a duo x-book from him.

He made Nazi scientists build superhumans on Uber. Sure there is no coincidence at all :p
