Hela is very powerful indeed, not just her powers over the dead. Her physical strength is beyond that of Thor.

Well, she is a Death Goddess after all.
It seems she died in GotG #6.
She was swallowed by the Black Hole alongside Thanos.
Who knows, maybe she survived.
