Both of those are spectacularly chilling, the first one more so because of how much the definition of justice in real life has always been in question, especially nowadays.
Indeed. I thought of finding a third quote, but none I found had quite the same impact as either of those speeches.

A good moral, there. [spoil]"Never make a deal with an interdimensional demon without a little protection."[/spoil]

" Luke, it is your destiny..."
" Resistance is futile..."
This one may seem odd but from Transformers the movie: from Rumble's mouth, "First we crack the shell. Then we crack the nuts inside." I think the way he said it helped as well.

There's the line I came to this thread to find. Raul Julia was far too good for that movie!

Also Hans: Sadly, Mr. Takagi did not see it that way, so he won't be joining us ... for ... the rest of his life. (all whilst munching hors d'oeuvres).

True enough.

He was, but he did it for his kids or something like that, which I could respect.

One Piece just delivered another great villain quote, from Chapter 1013 of the manga. Our antagonist has just apparently ended his fight against the hero in a cliffhanger, and makes the following speech, with occasional pauses for breath.
"The outcome was obvious... huff! You gained a powerful weapon ... and let it go to your head, boy!! Human beings don't give up hope. No ... they can't give up hope ... that's the problem!! It's been a long time since I got worked up like this ... I've failed... huff! I should have simply cut your head off and announced my victory to everyone. Because now they'll keep believing ... that you're going to win, won't they?"
