Are there any Hawkgirl/ Hawkwoman specific villains out there?
She should have an adversary or two of her own, but I don't regard it as a deal breaker that she doesn't. Not because she's subordinate to Hawkman, but because (in their best interpretations), they're a team. Her adversaries are his and vice versa.

There were a couple in the Golden Age but I haven't read them.

They brought back the Pilgrim, who tries to kill Shiera but doesn’t care for Hawkman.

Queen Shrike perhaps? She's not really Hawkgirl specific but she has more of a personal connection to her than to Hawkman (she's the mother of one of Hawkgirl's past incarnations). But she only appeared in one story.

Is this thread okay to ask some general questions about the Hawks?
-
Go ahead. All kinds of Hawk discussions are welcome here.

Thanks!!
So my first question involves the Thanigarians physical strength. Are they above human?
The next involved the Nth metal. Does it have the same properties that it did in the JL/U show?
And the last question is about technology. Is it a peer of New Gods and Angelic tech?

on average, yes. i believe they are typicially stronger (about as strong a the average metahuman tho) and have keener tracker senses (sight, hearing, etc)
The next involved the Nth metal. Does it have the same properties that it did in the JL/U show?
Yes, and then some. nth metal has always had a lot of different uses, and dark nights metal fleshes out nth metal lore a lot, but being able to conduct various energies and negate magic are all still in tact
And the last question is about technology. Is it a peer of New Gods and Angelic tech?
I don't think Thanagar tech is quite on the level of godly/deific technology

They're well above normal super strength at times, but it gets forgotten because of how strong the wings and mace are in their visuals. They can absolutely throw cars around if necessary.
Nth metal has a whole host of properties and writers keep making up new ones, so the technical answer is "yes and many more." It can basically do anything.
No, it's just a material. New God tech is refined technology and the Thanagarians, while advanced, are just not at that level. Nth metal just allows them to do a lot.
