Spider-Girls confirmed Miles doesn't exist. The RYV family had never heard of Anya Corazon, it turned out the Spider-Family were the only spider heroes in that universe. That means Jessica, Anya, Miles, and Cindy are all either powerless or don't exist at all. Kaine probably doesn't exist either, and we know Ben is dead.

How many years would that have been after Clone Saga?
Well there was about two years in real life between The end of the Clone Saga and the Final Chapter, so in Marvel time probably a couple of months

There is at least a Spider-girl according to issue 4 (it could be a Meta thing), and Spider-Woman does exist as mentioned in issue 13

Spider-Girls did little but confirm RYV's continuity is all over the place and directly contradicted RYV Peter and MJ's appearances in Spider-Verse and Venomverse.

Yeah, it is RYV's biggest strengths and weaknesses that they don't have to be so obsessed with continunity.

But if other spiders existed in the RYV world, why didn't they take part in Spider-Geddon?

Because Annie (and to a lesser extent Pete and MJ) was the only important one.

For the same reasons every spider from the MC2 outside of the Parkers haven't been mentioned in either events.

MC2 Kaine at the very least showed up at the end of the Spider-Island back-ups to remind us he existed.

There's a cameo from RYV Peter and MJ in today's issue of Ghost Spider.

I guess MC2 Peter and Mary Jane are reacquainting themselves with each other after MC2 Peter spent all that time dead.

On a serious note, I don't think MC2 Peter has come home yet, judging from the fact Mayday never brought it up in conversation when she appeared in Ghost Spider.

My guess is that Ghost-Spider #4 takes place right after the conclusion of Spider-Geddon proper, so for all we know, that scene of MC2 Peter rising from his grave could be a flashforward.

Annie wasn't present at the funeral for Karn, even though she was mentioned by Gwen in a caption. When Spidergeddon ended, she was the only one we saw of the three family members go through a portal, perhaps she was sent back home ahead of her parents while they attended the funeral?
