Anybody else feel that if Arisia actually died, that Hal would be a lot more invested and involved in resolving it.
Writers had been ignoring her for years when she was alive, it doesn't surprise me writers are ignoring her in death - especially with this storyline where Hal's just sidelined. Even without her death, Hal isn't the type to just sit on earth and wait. At least the Future State one-shot had Hal use the last wisps of power he had remaining to travel to Oa and investigate.

Geoff Johns always did seem to have a fondness for Barbara Gordon.

For anyone interested to know if Hal is the "Green Man" in "Dark Knights of Steel":
[spoil]We still don't know. He made a brief appearance and is working with Constantine. The fact that it's still a mystery makes me think it's probably not Hal. Guess I'll save some money at least...[/spoil]

Wow Hal... thanks for ruining that tender moment! :p

Don't think it was by choice in this instant!

Gorgeous.
Damn, how impressive would a 2-3 yr run on GLC by Perez in his heyday have been? Regardless of writer it would be a classic.

That 2nd issue took a nosedive for me anyway, while I thought the 1st one was good. Pretty much everyone felt unlikable here.
I'm starting to wonder if it's someone else too. Since when does Hal not wear any shoes anyway. :p

Maybe it is actual Green Man? Leonard Lewis created in Just Imagine series by Stan Lee and later used by Morrison as one of the multiversal GLs?
Probably not, but he is green and doesn't wear shoes.
Edit: Wait, he wears gloves, but not shoes?

The ring also tells him to do things. It's almost certainly going to be some non-traditional take on the GL concept. Considering he was able to make the arrow kill Jor-El, but he wasn't able to just fire an arrow construct at him makes me wonder if the green energy in this case will be Kryponite? Alan Scott's original lantern was made from a meteorite. Maybe in this world, that meteor was from Krypton? The fact that it might have an intelligence makes me have a certain thought ...

Apparently a Funko Pop version of DCeased Hal is rumored to be coming out soon as well.
