And they're still casually hanging out with the terrorist.

Red Skull: "Not that I disagree but can you please focus? I'm trying to kill you both!"
Cap: "Shut up Skull, the grown ups are talking."

Marvel Comics, sponsored by Regions bank.

I’ve been looking forward to this. I’m really excited.

Please. Bank of America.
Does the A on his head stand for Regions? Or France?
Just because he was frozen, doesn’t mean his assets were!
(Seriously though, that’s just weird. It reminds me of the MySpace comments from Civil War that really haven’t aged well.)
So the finale of Falcon & the Winter Soldier
[spoil]Most things were by this point pretty predictable, but...
Sharon. Damn.[/spoil]
Primal is an amazing show. I can’t wait for season 2. I think my favorite episode was the one with the virus.

Yep.
[spoil]RIP Batroc, AKA the French mercenary with a Quebec accent. Also, I didn't expect Walker to try and redeem himself so quickly.[/spoil]
FatWs
[spoil]I have some stuff to say but I decided a lot of it voiled down to overall not feeling like the show had the space to explore all the themes (US authority, racism (especially being Black while serving American interests), revolutionaries, atoning for a life as an assassin, etc to the extent that I really wanted. But it did have some good character moments and I like Sharon making moves in the stinger (although I felt like she didn't do much in the actual show).[/spoil]
It seems to be an issue with the new Marvel/Disney shows. If they took more time to explore the themes they touched on, could actually have something great. As it stands, stuff feels kinda hollow once the superficial shine wears off.

That's why I'm hopeful for Loki.
The only themes they'll touch on will be character based likely and I just get to see Loki doing stuff.

He was frozen in the 40s right? He'd probably think the bank giving him ANY Money is great Rates. :p
That was at the tail end of the Great Depression, and America only really got out of it with the war footing economy, although the New Deal helped... So he's probably used to banks not wanting to deal with people who aren't rich.

I feel like this succinctly describes my issue with pretty much the whole MCU.
Spectacle is good and they are entertaining but it all, with some minor exceptions, feels a bit weightless and empty to me.
But then, as friends of mine whom I have grumbled about this to have pointed out, Disney is in this to make tons of money and actually engaging with complicated ideas isn't profitable as it lowers the number of potential viewers. It's not really fair to condemn them for failing on a metric they aren't trying to pursue at all. They want broad appeal and, ultimately, a lot of people just want fun, entertaining, ultimately kind of disposable superhero stuff. They don't really want to be directly confronted by scary real issues like systemic racism or the poisonous history of American politics and the like.
And, to be clear, that's not me condemning anyone for that. Nothing wrong with wanting some escapist fluff for your brain in these extremely trying times.
But, when your stories are kind of about nothing... and when it's all effectively tied to a representation of the status quo, it tends to put strict limits on what you can say or do creatively.
