I don't know if they're all new or I just saw them but there's too many:
Diego Olortegui - Aquaman The Becoming
Gleb Melnikov - Robin
Jorge Jimenez - Batman
Belen Ortega - Urban Legends
Dan Mora - Detective Comics
Bruno Redondo - Nightwing
Starbite - Wayne Family Adventures
Jose Luis - Titans United
Dexter Soy - Red Hood and The Outlaws
David Marquez - Justice League
Joelle Jones - Catwoman
Elimination process based on the characters I like them to draw
Diego Olortegui - Jackson Hyde
Jorge Jimenez - Batman
Belen Ortega - Tim Drake
Dan Mora - Mayor Christopher Nakano
Bruno Redondo - Dick Grayson
Starbite - Damian Wayne
Dexter Soy - Jason Todd
Not much of an elimination, I know but it's getting really difficult after this.
I eliminated Joelle Jones because while she's good on Selina, she made the bat boys look too old, David Marquez made Black Adam too cute, Gleb made Damian like he's wearing a mascara, and while Jose Luis Conner Kent is good, Dexter Soy draws Conner sexier ^^
Jorge Jimenez is probably the most dynamic artist at DC lately and also my favorite of the new generation.
Diego Olortegui
Travis Moore
Doc Shaner
Otto Schmidt
Michael Janin
JLD Vol 2 also had some top tier artists:
Sumit Kumar
Xermanico
Alvero Martinez Bueno
Amancay Nahuelpan
Aaron Kuder, and though he’s not new, Howard Porters recent style.

I've been loving Travis Moore on Wonder Woman. Issue 770-773 had in my opinion the best art in any DC comic from those months. I'm not sure if he can be considered new or not.
Dan Mora might be my current favorite.
Maybe I'm old, but in general I find it more difficult to distinguish a lot of DC's artists from each other these days. There's lots of talented people out there, but DC has cultivated a bit of a house style so that very few stick out in my mind, though the art on a lot of their books is gorgeous.
Daniel Sampere and Bruno Redondo are the first two that popped into my head.
Both have been around for a minute, but have really come into their own the past year or so.
