And miracle cellophane. And pushed the moon to create an artificial eclipse.
This is one that should probably be nearly unanimous. You would have to make a helluva argument that it's not Reeve.

hahaha, I forgot about all those things.. Can we ignore them in this thread? Forget turn back time, Superman 4 and let's start from there.
Christopher Reeve, I would think, given his stupendous feats.
Reeve for the fantastical feats, although Cavill probably fought the most deadly adversaries on-screen.
well Routh saved a huge plane, got hit with a bullet in the eye and was fine, and carried an island full of kryptonite into space.
What did Welling do that was a big feat?
Cain?
George?
Technically, Routh and Reeve are sort of the same Superman... sort of...
Routh's greatest feat was lifting the Kryptonite continent into space, especially when you consider that a grapefruit-sized piece of Kryptonite nearly did in Reeve Superman.
Welling's Superman pushed Apocalypse away from Earth didn't he?

And he beat Doomsday without dying...kinda :p.
Welling could be the most powerful based on him pushing an actual planet in the finale. I didn't like how the show always leaned toward post crisis level feats then rushed him straight to a pre-crisis feat as soon as he put on the suit, though. It felt like they couldn't think of a more creative way for him to defeat Darkseid and end the series so they went with something pretty basic that wouldn't require more complicated sets/stunts/effects.

I don't know if the DCEU villains are necessarily more deadly or just the advances in special effects making the fights more intense and destructive. Technically, all the participants in the Metropolis battle in II could move landmasses and time travel with super speed, and even as freakishly powerful as Doomsday appeared to be in BvS, I doubt even he could do any of that.

Big chris, took on three other Kryptonians at the same time, pulled a fault line back together shifting a tectonic plate, crushed coal into diamond, moved the moon, threw missiles into the sun, and of course reversed time
That's not including anything done in returns
Silver age ftw on random power spawning too
