Robin Man and Bat- My Else Worlds Idea

In a World where Dick is the older of the two and his parents are murdered first. Dick Grayson takes flight as a bright beacon of hope against the oppressive winter of crime and corruption that Gotham must weather thru. I figure after The Wayne murders that Alfred and/or Bruce deduce who Robin Man is and reach out with resources and assistance before he gets his fool self killed. Bruce would of course insist upon Dick training him and being Robin Man's side Kick. I think There's be some interesting stories in shaking up this dynamic.... Bruce leaving eventually to join The Titans and later on become Batman..... or Nightwing.
