I honestly hate but weak MM and Superman were in the show, I think literally every time MM phased through something or try to read someone's mind he ends up getting knocked out.
considering his power set, martian manhunter should have been in the front lines most of the times. not just his strength, but for his invisibility, shape shifting, and other abilities. he mostly just stays on monitor duty and when he does go out, he gets taken out. he is probably just too powerful for his own good. it's either he's wallflower or he becomes a major villain.

Does this have anything to do with this scraped project? - http://shannontindle.blogspot.com/2013/04/70s-justice-league.html
This is the major problem with telepaths in general. In the 90's X-Men series all Jene and Xavier did was scream as they used their powers to probe something. Telepathy is the worst.
It's more of problem with writers who can't think of interesting ways to use powers that don't require blowing things up or smashing things.

J.M.DeMatteis' Martian Manhunter mini-series puts Bruce Timm's version to shame. That was the true Martian Manhunter, it showed that Batman wasn't even in the same league....oh well...
Is this even set int the so called Timm Animated universe?
So apparently this is quite the departure, from anything he's done - http://community.comicbookresources.com/showthread.php?37158-Justice-League-Gods-and-Monsters&p=1077365&viewfull=1#post1077365
No, but some people can't let it go. Some go on about how great DCAU was, some hate on it, neither are really contributing to the discussion about these future films that are unrelated.
Luckily we have 20 pages of that debate.
So these "Chronicles" are for an online streaming-series, not the usual dvd "films" right?

"Chronicles" are an online streaming-series to promote the usual DVD/Blu-ray film, as I understand it. Like making an OVA for a DTV.
